A Cute Puppy Production - 1993

I have used several logos for my comics and film endeavors.

TOILET TOON PRODUCTIONS - This logo was used for film projects, and there were two different filmed versions. The first was dry ice in a toilet that was flushed, and the second was a model brain that fit perfectly into one of those novelty toilet ice buckets. I using these in college for about two years beginning in late 1977.

NUCLEAR ENTERPRISES - When I made my second Mr. Nuclear film, I began using a black and white graphic logo featuring a lightening bolt. I still use this one.

CUTE PUPPY PRODUCTIONS - This logo came about completely by accident in 1993. At the time I had a dog named Mojo. In June of 1992, some creep dumped a little puppy out in front of my house and sped off. I adopted him on the spot. Mojo was the only dog I have ever had.

Mojo was cute, feisty, and sometimes more than a handful. He had the habit of cocking his head to one side whenever I looked directly at him and spoke. This always reminded me of Pete, from the "Little Rascals" films, so I drew it. It was a cute puppy, so the title, Cute Puppy Productions, came naturally! I use it on work that is "safe, more mainstream or kitsch".

Even when he was older, Mojo acted like a puppy right up to the end! He passed away in April of 2003.
